Key Responsibilities

Change Impact & Readiness

  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments across business areas, roles, processes, systems, and behaviours
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to inform planning and sequencing
  • Support business readiness assessments, checkpoints, and go-live criteria
  • Contribute to transition planning, including cutover and early-life support

Change Management Delivery

  • Develop and maintain key change artefacts, including:
    • Change and adoption plans
    • Business readiness checklists
    • Learning plans and support materials
    • Stakeholder engagement artefacts
    • Communication plans and schedules
  • Support the delivery of change activities aligned to established methodologies
  • Monitor and report on change progress, risks, and issues

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Facilitate workshops, briefings, and engagement sessions
  • Support the development and delivery of targeted communications
  • Assist in managing digital communication channels to drive awareness and adoption

About You

Mandatory Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Change Analyst role
  • Proven experience supporting organisational change initiatives within projects or programs
  • Strong experience in change impact assessments and business readiness activities
  • Experience working in government or complex organisational environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint

Desirable

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, or related fields
  • Change management certification (e.g. PROSCI)
  • Experience in large-scale digital, ICT, or enterprise system implementations
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
  • Experience with tools such as SharePoint Online, Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, Viva Engage, and Forms
