We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Architect to help our client on a large insurance industry project.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and technology strategy. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and deliver robust solutions that enhance our customer relationship management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture: Design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with IT standards.

Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.

Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications to meet the specific needs of the organization.

Integration: Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.

Project Management: Support the PM to effectively manage Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.

Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 solutions.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design, implementation, and support processes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with at least 3 years in an architect role.
