Business Systems Analyst (TechnologyOne)

We are seeking a Business System Analyst with strong experience in TechnologyOne’s OneCouncil product, specifically across the following modules and capabilities:

  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
  • Property and Rating (PnR)
  • Forms
  • Business Process Automation (BPA)
  • Reporting and Analytics

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and work collaboratively with the council’s internal teams to ensure continuity and improvement across our TechnologyOne environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to and resolving support requests (including incidents, issues, and requests for reports or dashboards)
  • Troubleshooting and fixing system-related problems
  • Delivering system enhancements, subject to prioritisation
  • Escalating support requests to TechnologyOne and other third-party consultants as required

Please note this role is predominantly remote with travel required once a month or less.

This a fixed term contract until December 2027.
