Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support a major digital transformation, acting as the key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Play a hands-on role translating business needs into scalable solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate business requirements
  • Analyse and optimise complex business processes
  • Produce clear documentation including BRDs, FDDs, user stories and process flows
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for delivery teams
  • Configure Dynamics 365 solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities where possible
  • Develop user guides and deliver training to drive system adoption

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, including recent Dynamics 365 Portal implementations
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365, Dataverse & Power Platforms
  • Proficient in modelling tools (Visio, Draw.io) and Azure DevOps
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Confident managing stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Desirable

  • Experience with Power Automate and Power BI
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS or web technologies
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-200, MB-210, MB-300)
