
Business Project Manager

You’ll join a dynamic Enterprise Transformation division that drives major initiatives across programs, portfolios, and technology operations. Key activities
- Provide project management expertise to the development and implementation of multiple projects within a program of work and/or projects of a complex nature.
- Partner with executives and senior stakeholders to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Develop governance frameworks, business cases, and strategic recommendations for decision-makers.
- Drive effective communication and engagement strategies across internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams to build capability and foster high performance.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience successfully managing large-scale and complex business transformation projects.
- Proven track record in leading business change initiatives
- Ability to manage scope, time, cost, resources, risk, and procurement in diverse environments.
- Strong relationship-building skills with executives, senior leaders, and external partners.
- Demonstrated experience coaching cross-functional teams and driving results in fast-paced settings.
- PRINCE2 and/or Agile certification.
- Experience within insurance, health, disability, or government sectors will be highly regarded.
