The Role
Our Client is seeking a Business Process & Information Manager to help manage the business document management system and map out it’s processes for efficiency gains.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse and document current-state business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to improve operational performance.
  • Set up and manage the clients intranet
  • Design and implement future-state workflows, process improvements, and business solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain information governance, document control, and records management frameworks aligned with organisational standards.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and drive successful change adoption.

Key Skills

  • Strong experience working as a Business Process & Information Manager
  • Strong knowledge of information governance, document control, records management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels while translating business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience creating process maps, business requirements documentation, procedures, and operational reporting.
