The Opportunity
My client, an established and evolving technology services organisation is looking for a BDM to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. You’ll play a key role in acquiring new clients while also strengthening existing relationships, contributing directly to business success. They are looking for a door opener!

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through new business acquisition

  • Build and maintain a structured, high-quality sales pipeline

  • Generate opportunities through strategic prospecting, outreach, and networking

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions

  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts

  • Support initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention

About You

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales. The preferred candidate will have 2-4 years in a closing role within IT consulting, telecommunications and/or SaaS

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue drivers

  • Consistent track record of pipeline generation and deal conversion

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders

  • Proactive, accountable, and results-driven
