Business Development Manager // Contact Centre Solutions

This role is focused on winning net new clients, building strategic relationships, and delivering tailored technology solutions that solve real business challenges. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities through to closing deals, while working closely with internal teams and partners.

Key Requirements

  • Proven success in new business sales within mid-market technology services
  • Experience selling Contact Centre and or Collaboration solutions
  • Strong ability to manage full end to end sales cycles
  • Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development
  • Ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
  • Commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Continuous learner with a growth mindset
  • Professional, resilient, and client-focused approach
