Business Data Analyst - PMO

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) and support the delivery of key technology and business transformation initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will centre around data management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of information for stakeholders. This role is ideal for a BA who combines strong analytical capability with a structured approach to project delivery, governance, and reporting. Working within the PMO, you will play a central role in requirements gathering, data analysis, project reporting, benefits tracking, and supporting decision?making across a portfolio of strategic programs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a PMO, transformation program, or enterprise project environment.
- Strong data analytics capability, including experience with tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualisations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks, and PMO processes.
- Excellent documentation skills, including requirements, process maps, and business cases.
- Ability to analyse complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Must be Australian citizen to apply
