We’re seeking a Business/Data Analyst to support a large-scale workforce transition and onboarding project.

This role plays a key part in integrating a new time and attendance system across multiple business units, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and smooth change management.

This position suits someone with strong experience in UKG Pro / Kronos (MyTime), who brings both analytical and payroll systems expertise, and enjoys collaborating across HR, technology, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data collection and validation across business and technology teams.

  • Build and maintain a cohort file capturing key data points and change impact assessments.

  • Conduct gap analyses and identify challenges in current processes and configurations.

  • Provide expert guidance on UKG Pro / MyTime functionalities and best practices.

  • Support employees with accurate timecard entries and compliance checks.

  • Prepare and deliver change management materials such as Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and FAQs.

  • Support hypercare and user training activities post-implementation.

  • Reconcile and verify data between SuccessFactors and myTime systems.

  • Participate in system testing, UAT, and configuration validation.

About You

  • Proven experience as a UKG Pro / MyTime / Kronos SME or similar time and attendance systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data management, reporting, and system integration.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting change management and end-user training.

  • High attention to detail and ability to interpret industrial awards, policies, and procedures.

  • Advanced skills in Excel and data presentation.
