
Business/Data Analyst - HR/Payroll

We’re seeking a Business/Data Analyst to support a large-scale workforce transition and onboarding project.
This role plays a key part in integrating a new time and attendance system across multiple business units, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and smooth change management.
This position suits someone with strong experience in UKG Pro / Kronos (MyTime), who brings both analytical and payroll systems expertise, and enjoys collaborating across HR, technology, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead data collection and validation across business and technology teams.

Build and maintain a cohort file capturing key data points and change impact assessments.

Conduct gap analyses and identify challenges in current processes and configurations.

Provide expert guidance on UKG Pro / MyTime functionalities and best practices.

Support employees with accurate timecard entries and compliance checks.

Prepare and deliver change management materials such as Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and FAQs.

Support hypercare and user training activities post-implementation.

Reconcile and verify data between SuccessFactors and myTime systems.

Participate in system testing, UAT, and configuration validation.
About You

Proven experience as a UKG Pro / MyTime / Kronos SME or similar time and attendance systems.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data management, reporting, and system integration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Demonstrated experience supporting change management and end-user training.

High attention to detail and ability to interpret industrial awards, policies, and procedures.

Advanced skills in Excel and data presentation.
