Business Analyst - Utilities
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of a large-scale utility’s transformation program. This is an initial 6-month contract with strong extension potential.
You must have extensive experience in Utilities to be considered
Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will gather and document requirements, map business processes, and support the delivery of new systems and technology capabilities across a complex operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops with business, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Develop process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- Support solution design, system integration, testing, and business readiness activities
- Work closely with project managers, architects, vendors, and SMEs throughout project delivery
- Assist with issue resolution, process improvement, and project documentation
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale technology or transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis documentation
- Exposure to system integration, testing, and change initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
