Business Analyst - (ServiceNow)

Our client is an ASX-listed organisation within the infrastructure asset lifecycle services sector, delivering a major transformation program focused on consolidating multiple field service applications into ServiceNow (SNOW).

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Field Service Management, ideally with exposure to ServiceNow FSM and a background working in utilities or asset-heavy environments.

Experience working within relevant industries (telecommunications, utilities, transport etc.) and strong FSM exposure will be highly regarded.

The client is based in Melbourne CBD, close to public transport, and offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days working from home.

This is an initial 12-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension or permanent conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business analysis activities across a ServiceNow FSM implementation
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand field service processes and requirements
  • Assist with documenting requirements, process flows, and supporting artefacts
  • Work collaboratively with delivery and technical teams throughout the program
  • Contribute to workshops, solution reviews, and testing activities as required
  • Support continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow programs
  • Exposure to or experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Background in field service and/or utilities environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working in evolving delivery environments
