Business Analyst (SAP - ECC6/ S/4 HANA)
Talent is currently looking for a Business Analyst (SAP) to join a large state government department to analyse and develop business processes and gather requirements (and other) for ECC6 enhancements in preparation for the impending upgrade to S/4 HANA. You will require strong oral and written communication skills, strong skills in negotiation and customer management, sound analytical and conceptual skills, strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyse current business processes and situations as well as develop business requirements for ECC6 SAP enhancements and support requests
- Identify and advise on opportunities and feasibility for continuous improvement and efficiency gains through the implementation of SAP process updates and our impending upgrade to S4HANA
- Collaborate with SAP technical teams to ensure appropriate integration and functionality has been met
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Business Requirements, processes, and user guides
- Participate in prioritisation forums to provide advice on technical sequencing to enable a transparent pipeline of SAP enhancement delivery
- Enable business change and readiness with support through testing phases, production deployments and post implementation support.
- Work as part of a team in an agile principle-based work environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Stakeholders across the ISD business, as well as ICT technical teams to enable delivery.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience (5+ years) in similar roles
- Experience with analysis of complex business processes and identifying solutions
- Experience with SAP ECC6 and or S4HANA enhancements and support analysis and delivery
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to express complex information in plain English and prepare clear, effective documentation
- An Understanding of integration points of SAP modules.
Contract details:
- 12 month contract.
- Up to $115.96/hour inc super based on 7.6 hour work days (flexible for the right skills/experience).
- Brisbane CBD location with 2/days WFH per week.
