About the Role
As a Digital Business Analyst, you’ll work across mobile app and B2C digital initiatives, supporting the discovery, definition, and delivery of innovative digital solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders across product, design, development, marketing, and customer service, you’ll help translate customer needs into scalable, user-centric digital features.
You’ll be a key player in an agile, product-led environment, helping us bring to life intuitive mobile and web journeys that engage users, streamline experiences, and drive measurable value.
Key Responsibilities

Elicit and document business requirements, user stories, and customer journeys for digital and mobile initiatives

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure solutions are user-friendly, feasible, and aligned to business goals

Engage with stakeholders to understand and prioritise business needs and customer pain points

Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies

Analyse and map current vs future state digital processes

Support UAT planning and execution to ensure features meet requirements

Leverage analytics and customer feedback to identify areas for optimisation and improvement
About You

3+ years’ experience as a Digital or Business Analyst with a focus on B2C websites or mobile applications

Proven track record working in agile, cross-functional teams

Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across business and technical audiences

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation

Experience working with product managers, developers, and UX teams

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar

A user-focused mindset and passion for creating digital products that solve real customer problems

Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, retail, loyalty, or subscription-based business models
