Business Analyst- Data & Field Services

Our Utility client is currently on the lookout for an experience Business Analyst to join their Digital Innovation team.
This role will work closely with field planners & operation teams to understand pain points & opportunities. Experience and confidence working with data models and APIS is highly regarded.

Key Requirements

  • 5-10 years as a Business Analyst with strong technical understanding
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems based on analysis and investigation
  • Strong core business analysis skillset from running workshops to producing documentation
  • Ability to lead analysis of the workplace application by building strong relationships with the business owners and vendors
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of Change Management
  • Ability to Validate solutions with users via prototypes, UAT, and pilot rollouts
  • Strong experience in process modelling and requirement definition.
  • Good knowledge of product offerings from carrier services along with enterprise connectivity solutions
  • A high level of understanding of complex IT environments

About You

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Familiarity with data formats and data validation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of AI-enabled workflows and human-in-the-loop designs
  • Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to drive alignment
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar
