Business Analyst - (CIAM / IDAM)
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major enterprise Information Security Program, delivering strategic Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) and Identity & Access Management (IDAM) initiatives.
This is an opportunity to work on a high-profile cyber security program that will modernise identity capabilities across customer-facing and internal platforms, improving security, access management and digital experiences across the organisation.
Working closely with business stakeholders, cyber security specialists, architects, product owners and technology teams, you’ll play a key role in translating business needs into practical identity solutions that support secure, scalable and compliant outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discovery sessions
- Analyse current and future state business processes
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation
- Support the delivery of CIAM and IDAM initiatives
- Work closely with Security Architects, Solution Architects and delivery teams
- Assist with UAT, business readiness and implementation activities
- Build strong relationships across business and technology stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Business Analyst experience delivering enterprise technology projects
- Experience working on CIAM, IDAM, IAM or Cyber Security programs
- Strong understanding of authentication, SSO, MFA, RBAC and identity lifecycle management
- Experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, SailPoint, ForgeRock or CyberArk is highly regarded
- Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping and workshop facilitation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience
