Business Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst who combines strong business analysis expertise with UX capability. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, explore a backlog of potential use cases, and develop rapid prototypes that support solution design, validation, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Assess, prioritise, and work through a backlog of business use cases.
  • Create rapid prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to support solution design and user feedback.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical teams to refine requirements.
  • Produce clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and supporting documentation.
  • Support solution validation and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle within an Agile environment.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology, digital, or transformation projects.
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, or mock-ups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Axure, or similar.
  • The ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience within Mining, Maintenance, or Asset Management environments.
  • Experience supporting rapid solution design, proof of concepts, or innovation initiatives.
