We’re on the lookout for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our client’s team and lead a critical operational uplift across their product teams.

If you enjoy bringing structure to complex environments, driving process improvement, and delivering measurable operational outcomes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Why you’re special…

  • You’re an experienced IT Business Analyst that has SV Security Clearance and a track record of driving operational improvement across enterprise technology environments.
  • You bring experience across ITSM, operational governance, SOP development, and service improvement initiatives.
  • You’re confident working with technical teams and stakeholders at all levels, facilitating discussions and driving outcomes.
  • You have experience with tools such as Cherwell or another ITSM.
  • Exposure to infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, IDAM, or SRE practices will be highly regarded.
