Our Client

Our Federal Government client is Australia’s principle revenue collection agency, primarily responsible for administering the federal taxation system and superannuation legislation, as well as managing and delivering a range of Australian government payment and loan schemes.

The Role

This opportunity will see you working within a high-performing data and analytics environment focused on delivering advanced AI and data-driven business outcomes. You will play a key role in translating complex business needs into actionable requirements, supporting solution delivery across the full AI lifecycle while ensuring alignment with policy, compliance and operational objectives.

Your duties will include:

  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements
  • Supporting the delivery of advanced AI and analytics use cases across enterprise environments
  • Producing business analysis artefacts including current/future state documentation, use cases and functional requirements
  • Working closely with technical teams including data scientists and engineers to support solution design and delivery
  • Identifying risks, impacts and improvement opportunities using data-driven insights

Skills and Experience

  • Experience applying customised generative AI technologies to business use cases
  • Strong business analysis experience within complex enterprise or government environments
  • Ability to manage requirements through full project delivery lifecycles
  • Experience producing high-quality business and functional documentation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business areas
  • Experience supporting policy-aligned and data-driven solution delivery
