Talent International is searching for an experienced Source 2 pay Business Analyst to join our client, a large healthcare support organisation. This is a 6-month contract role based in Brisbane CBD.

About the role:

The Source to Pay (S2P) Analyst will support the S2P Lead during implementation of the Coupa S2P platform and integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (ERP). This role ensures the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of future-state processes across the complete S2P lifecycle from sourcing through payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document current state (AS-IS) and design future state (TO-BE) S2P processes including sourcing, contracts, supplier management, requisitioning, purchasing, invoice processing, expense management, and payments in line with compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders interpreting and producing information from multiple sources.
  • Support and validate Coupa platform configuration across Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and Pay modules including workflows, approval matrices, catalogues, tax and policy rules.
  • Support and validate integration requirements ensuring accurate data flows for suppliers, transactions, GL posting, payments and reconciliation.
  • Support and validate data migration activities including supplier master data, open transactions, contracts, catalogues, and historical transactions with validation and quality checks.
  • Develop comprehensive test scenarios with System Integration Partners, Taxonomy Leads and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Execute testing during SIT and UAT covering end-to-end S2P processes and integrations.
  • Create training materials and user guides for diverse audiences including procurement teams, requesters, approvers, suppliers, employees, and finance users.
  • Partner with S2P Lead, System Implementation Partners and Integrators to identify and resolve design gaps, integration issues, and process inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to cutover planning and support go-live activities including reconciliations, issue resolution, and hypercare.

Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end Source to Pay processes including sourcing, contracts, supplier management, procurement, invoicing, expenses, and payments.
  • 3-5 years business analysis experience, preferably in procurement transformation, ERP implementation, or S2P platform projects.
  • Ability to gather and interpret complex information from multiple sources, draw the insights together, and clearly and confidently communicate well‑supported, evidence‑based conclusions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
  • Ability to work with large data sets for reconciliations, data validation, and migration testing.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and creating detailed documentation.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and migration testing.
  • Ability to think outside the box with a future vision for transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communicator able to work with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, IT, Suppliers, and external implementation partners.
