As the Business Analyst you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end requirements gathering process for the implementation of UKG Workforce Pro.

What you’ll do

  • Gather, validate, and document business requirements to support Time & Attendance implementation
  • Analyse data including time, budgets, labour results, and workforce forecasts
  • Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and document business impacts
  • Create clear functional specifications to support solution delivery

What you’ll bring

  • Strong Business Analyst experience with Time & Attendance systems and processes (Kronos experience preferred)
  • Strong experience in process mapping and requirements gathering methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting
