You’ll join a lean but structured environment focused on clarity, iteration, and practical outcomes. We are looking for people who can listen, distil, and deliver tangible outputs.

The Role

We’re looking for strong practical Senior Business Analyst who thrives in complex, busy environments and can operate independently in both client-facing and internal delivery contexts.

You’ll be embedded directly within the customer’s environment, spending 4 days a week on-site. The role is hands on and includes: facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders, and producing clear, structured deliverables.

Your Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews to gather detailed business requirements
  • Navigate verbose or unfocused stakeholder conversations to extract clarity
  • Produce structured outputs including:
  • User stories (preferred format)
  • User journeys and business process flows
  • Field-level data specifications and business rules
  • Collaborate with internal developers and UI/UX designers to ensure business alignment
  • Review UI/UX wireframes and ensure they meet business needs (no design work required)

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
  • Ability to work independently and deliver in lean delivery settings
  • Strong experience in logistics-adjacent domains such (warehousing, supply chain, import/export, ecommerce, or retail)
  • Knowledge of ERP and inventory management systems
  • Strong, structured thinker who writes clearly and communicates effectively
  • Efficient, and confident guiding conversations to practical outcomes
  • Previous work with tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Meet, Chat, etc.)
  • Comfortable using your own laptop, software licenses, and tooling
  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential
