The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Business Analyst to join a dynamic Technology Services Division. This role involves providing integration analysis, specification, design, and agile collaboration skills to enable the development and implementation of solutions that improve participant experiences and enhance operational effectiveness.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft business analyst artefacts, including Epics, User Stories, and process diagrams, and participate in quality reviews to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including UX/UI and business stakeholders.
- Provide support on stakeholder management, acting as a conduit between systems delivery teams and business units.
- Identify potential risks, track issues, and suggest alternatives while escalating as necessary.
Essential Criteria:
- 5 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise solutions in complex programs and projects.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, Agile methodologies, and developing business analyst artefacts such as Epics, User Stories, and sequence diagrams.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops with senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams using Agile or similar methods to coordinate and assure systems delivery outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in quality management activities, including peer reviews of specifications and design documents.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and enthusiasm for accessible design and development (desirable).
