Role Description: As a Business Analyst, you will support the initiation and delivery of projects by mapping business processes, documenting requirements, and establishing comprehensive plans for communication, testing, and rollout. Your work will ensure that projects within the Technology and Strategy Division are meticulously documented, validated, and aligned with both internal and external stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate projects by setting initial requirements and creating project initiation documents.
  • Elicit and document comprehensive business and functional requirements for systems and services.
  • Analyze and document current and future business processes and workflows.
  • Foster strong relationships with both technical and operational staff across the organization.
  • Act as a liaison for the Technology and Strategy Division, ensuring that business needs are met in the design and implementation of new solutions.
  • Develop and share expert knowledge in your assigned areas with team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record as a Business Analyst within technology, corporate services, or related fields.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management abilities, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Knowledge of government organizational structure and operations.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with effective conflict management skills.
  • Experience in call centre projects desired but not essential.
