Business Agility Coach // OKR
We’re seeking an experienced Business Agility Coach to support a large-scale enterprise transformation, embedding OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) as a core discipline to drive strategy execution, prioritisation, and measurable outcomes. This is not your typical Agile Coach role.
You’ll work directly with senior leaders (GM level and above) to challenge thinking, sharpen strategy, and ensure the organisation is investing in what truly matters.
You will play a key role in helping the organisation translate enterprise strategy into clear, measurable outcomes by embedding OKRs and modern ways of working across business units and group functions.
Working within a transformation environment, you will coach leaders to:
- Align strategic objectives to business priorities and measurable outcomes
- Drive clarity, focus, and accountability across teams
- Establish effective operating rhythms including quarterly planning and review cycles
- Strengthen decision-making, prioritisation, and value delivery
Responsibilities
- Coach senior leaders and teams on the design, adoption, and maturity of OKRs
- Facilitate quarterly planning, business reviews, and retrospectives
- Embed governance, reporting, and tooling to support OKR delivery
- Support leaders to shift from activity-based to outcome-driven thinking
- Coach teams on Lean and Agile ways of working to improve flow and delivery
- Partner with transformation, portfolio, and PMO teams to align strategy, investment, and outcomes
- Drive capability uplift and embed sustainable coaching practices across the organisation
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing or coaching OKR frameworks at enterprise level (A MUST)
- Strong background in Agile, Lean, and business agility coaching
- Experience working with senior stakeholders (GM level or above)
- Demonstrated ability to operate in large, complex organisations
- Strong facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or telco environments (desirable)
- Consulting background or experience in transformation programs highly regarded
