The Role: The BPO Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training content to internal staff and external partners.

The Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the program and change teams to scope training needs and delivery requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive, re-usable, and innovative training materials based on worked instructions to support business and program learning objectives.
  • Deliver training to BPO partner and internal staff and resources.
  • Engage with SMEs and stakeholders to evaluate readiness and manage resistance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external communications teams to ensure alignment across internal and external audiences.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a IT or BPO Trainer developing training materials and conducting training workshops.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, change risks and issues up and down the line.
  • Prior experience delivering training to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is strongly desirable.
  • Prior experience working within utilities sector is highly regarded.
