
BA - Menu & Catering Management Project
One of our clients is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Menu & Food Catering Management System for a 12-month fixed-term role based in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to menu management, catering logistics, and food service operations.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for developers and software vendors.
- Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features or system upgrades.
- Create workflow diagrams, business process models, and requirement documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).
- Provide insights on menu configuration, pricing structures, dietary requirements, and inventory integration.
- Assist in selecting and implementing catering management software or ERP modules for food service.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to recommend continuous improvements.
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams including culinary teams, IT, procurement, and customer service.
