We’re partnering with a global consultancy on the search for a Technical Business Analyst with deep Atlassian expertise to support a major transformation program for an esteemed, cutting-edge fintech client. This role is critical to a project moving from on-prem to cloud infrastructure and requires someone with strong technical, delivery, and stakeholder skills.

Please note: Only candidates with proven, hands-on Jira and JSM configuration experience will be considered.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on configuration and administration of Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM)

  • Lead reporting and dashboard development using Atlassian Analytics

  • Build dashboard mock-ups aligned with business KPIs and performance insights

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver outcomes

  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within the Atlassian suite

  • Support the organisation’s cloud migration journey within Atlassian tools

  • Align with change management activities and project delivery milestones

  • Understand and communicate how Atlassian Analytics integrates with the broader Atlassian ecosystem

👤 About You

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex project environments

  • Hands-on expertise with Jira, JSM, and Atlassian Analytics is essential

  • Experience supporting enterprise-level Atlassian Cloud migrations

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven delivery environment
