Assurance Strategy Lead
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead the development and delivery of key initiatives within a complex insurance policy strategy program. This role offers the opportunity to work at a senior level, providing trusted advice to executives and driving outcomes across a diverse stakeholder landscape.
It is a 6 months contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of strategic products, including executive briefings and advisory materials
- Provide thought leadership through environmental scanning, research, and strategic analysis
- Oversee planning, implementation, and reporting activities across the program
- Lead coordination across multiple business areas to support delivery of complex initiatives
- Support leadership in driving continuous improvement and organisational effectiveness
Key Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in delivering and implementing large-scale and complex policy initiatives
- Strong background in governance, financial monitoring, reporting, and project coordination
- Exceptional strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
- Sound understanding of organisational, political, and regulatory environments
- Experience working in the public sector
