The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an Associate Identity Engineer to support the delivery and ongoing enhancement of enterprise Identity and Access Management capabilities within a cloud environment. You’ll work with a collaborative team to design, implement and optimise secure IAM solutions that protect critical systems while delivering a seamless user experience.

Your duties will include:

  • Design, implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for internal users.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective IAM outcomes.
  • Configure and manage cloud-based identity platform features in line with security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop automation to improve IAM processes, streamline administration and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Continuously optimise IAM solutions for scalability, performance and user experience.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing or supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud identity platforms such as Okta, Saviynt or Ping Identity.
  • Strong knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), Conditional Access Policies and App Registration.
  • Experience working within cloud environments and applying security best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
