Assistant Project Officer
Talent International is currently recruiting an Assistant Project Officer to work for the NSW Government, based in Lismore. This is a 10-month contract with a view to be extended. The role is paying between $40 to $55/hr + Super.
Hours – 7.6 hours per day, 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Triaging and responding to property-related enquiries.
- Coordinating and project managing service disconnection requests across the property portfolio.
- Auditing and maintaining the property asset register to ensure accurate property and relocation records.
- Supporting monthly reporting and responding to ad hoc data requests.
- Managing completion checklists and ensuring property make-good activities are finalised.
- Assisting with ongoing works, including potential commercial tender activities and removal of residual properties.
- Supporting project coordination and administrative tasks across the team.
About You:
- Previous experience in project support, property administration, or project coordination roles.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with strong data management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working within Government or property-related environments will be highly regarded.
