Asset Readiness Specialist
As an Asset Readiness Specialist, you will support major projects by ensuring the completion of all operational readiness activities in line with project lifecycles. This role is critical in enabling safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations through collaboration with project teams, asset owners, and central support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Delivery Team to align scope, schedule, and operational readiness deliverables
- Liaise with Asset Owners to clarify and coordinate operational readiness activities
- Partner with Central Support functions to ensure compliance with corporate standards and guidelines
- Conduct spares criticality assessments and coordinate stock holding with maintenance and asset management teams
- Create and update SAP function locations, equipment masters, BOMs, maintenance plans, and task lists
- Facilitate meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Provide progress reports and actively manage schedules and budgets
Required Qualifications
- Trade qualification in Electrical
- Maintenance planning experience
- Proficiency in SAP Master Data Change/Create
- Relevant mining industry experience
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes and operational readiness fundamentals
