Ariba Support Analyst

We’re seeking a highly experienced Ariba Support Analyst. This role plays a key part in supporting and enhancing SAP Ariba modules across Source-to-Pay (S2P) functions and integrating with SAP ECC.

You will lead the functional support, configuration, and continuous improvement of Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing (P2P), and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP). This hands-on role involves collaborating with procurement, finance, and external vendors to drive efficiency, system reliability, and successful supplier enablement.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of practical experience supporting and enhancing SAP Ariba modules
  • Deep functional knowledge across both upstream (Sourcing, Contracts) and downstream (Buying & Invoicing) processes
  • Experience managing SAP Ariba integrations with ECC via CIG and/or CI9
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end S2P operations, including PR, PO, GR, and invoice processing
  • Experience with supplier onboarding and Ariba Network troubleshooting
  • Proven ability to run UAT, SIT, and integration testing cycles
  • Expertise in configuring workflows, guided buying, catalogues, sourcing templates, and GL mapping
  • Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and implement system improvements
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and training support experience
  • Agile project delivery experience
  • Australian Citizenship is essential due to project requirements
