APS6 Salesforce Data Analyst – Health Cloud

📍 Sydney | 💼 12-month contract + 12-month extension
💰 $65.03-$73.85 per hour + super | 37.5 hrs per week

An Australian Government agency is seeking an experienced APS6 Salesforce Data Analyst to deliver high-quality reporting, data analysis, and dashboards using Salesforce Health Cloud, with exposure to Tableau. This role supports critical health and wellbeing services through accurate, timely, and insightful data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce Health Cloud

  • Analyse complex datasets and deliver actionable insights

  • Support executive and time-critical reporting requests

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security

  • Partner with stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Salesforce reporting and analytics

  • Strong data analysis and visualisation skills

  • Tableau experience highly desirable

  • Experience with health, mental health, or military data highly regarded

Eligibility

  • Australian citizenship mandatory

  • Baseline clearance preferred; ability to obtain required
