About the client:
Our client is an independent statutory agency that is responsible for implementing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). About the role:
- Managing the development and maintenance of core role statements within the framework of job families, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and requirements.
- Analysing current and future workforce needs and recommending appropriate organisational structures.
- Contributing to specialist advice and support on a range of Organisational Design functions.
- Conducting organisational assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend structural changes.
- Completing role evaluation assessments for APS roles.
- Managing and delivering identified Organisational Design projects.

What you’ll need to succeed?:
- Qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or related.
- Certifications in project management or change management, highly regarded.
- Demonstrated success in organisational design or development and / or workforce planning.
- Ability to assess organisational structures, identify areas for improvement, and recommend effective solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Expertise in developing and implementing strategies to support organisational change and ensure smooth transitions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively convey information, present findings, and engage with stakeholders.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Criminal History Check, Worker Screening Check and / or Working with Children Check (where required) along with proof of Australian Citizenship.
