Talent International is currently recruiting for multiple APS5 Project Officers to work for one of our Federal Government clients across various NSW locations. The position is a 9-month contract role with the possibility of extension. The role pays $55.24 per hour + Super.

The positions are available in either of these NSW office locations:

Bankstown, Batemans Bay, Bathurst, Bega, Blacktown, Broken Hill, Burwood, Campbelltown, Charlestown, Chatswood, Coffs Harbour, Dubbo, Gosford, Griffith, Hurstville, Katoomba, Lavington, Lismore, Liverpool, Moree, Newcastle, Nowra, Parramatta, Penrith, Port Macquarie, Surry Hills, Tamworth, Taree, Tweed Heads South, Wagga Wagga, Windsor, Wollongong.

7.6 hours per day and 38 hours per week

About the Role:

You will support the delivery of projects and change initiatives within front-line services teams, working closely with stakeholders, managing data, and preparing reports and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate project and change initiatives
  • Manage data, reporting, and documentation (including SharePoint)
  • Prepare clear written communications and stakeholder updates
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Identify process improvements and manage competing priorities

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Project coordination/support experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Data analysis and reporting capability
  • Experience supporting change initiatives
  • Comfortable using digital tools and systems
