About the role:

The Fraud Investigations Branch investigates and responds to internal and external fraud against the NDIS. Our branch also represents the operational part of the Fraud Fusion Taskforce (FFT).

  • Assist in the development of business processes.
  • Assist in the development of training materials.
  • Gathering, examining, evaluating and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data and presenting the findings.
  • Assessing information, analysing documents, data and other information, raising or referring issues, and providing appropriate support to forensic accountants.
  • Using and maintaining information databases and other analytical tools to perform analysis, data extraction and manipulation for reporting tasks.
  • Providing administrative support for the team and or work area.

What you’ll need to succeed?

  • Certificate IV in Government (Investigation), or its equivalent required
  • Demonstrated success providing administration support for a fast-paced and demanding team.
  • Experience using business systems such as Excel, iBase, Altia and CRM based system products.
  • Passionate about working within the disability sector and positively improving the lives of individuals and their families.
  • As part of the eligibility and suitability requirement, only Australian Citizens need to apply
  • Willingness to undertake pre-employment checks, including National Criminal History Check upon successful appointment
