About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will report to an Assistant Secretary and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch. You will manage front-of-office functions, coordinate meetings and travel, and provide high-level administrative support. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, adaptability, and the ability to build strong working relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage diaries, prioritise schedules, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and quality-assure correspondence and documentation.
  • Organise travel arrangements and supporting documentation.
  • Develop systems and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on branch matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Support branch administrative tasks, including leave registers and property management.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or executive assistant role.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing diaries, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in administrative or executive support roles.
