Are you an experienced Application Support professional who enjoys solving technical problems and delivering exceptional customer service?

We’re partnering with an established technology organisation seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their Adelaide-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on business-critical applications while collaborating with developers, technical teams and customers to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills:

  • Strong SQL troubleshooting and query writing skills
  • Experience troubleshooting APIs using tools such as Postman and Elastic
  • Ability to read and understand C#/.NET code to assist with issue investigation
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills
  • Previous experience in Application Support or a similar technical support role
