 
                Application Support Analyst

 As an Application Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role in keeping business-critical systems running smoothly. You’ll work closely with internal teams, developers, and vendors to troubleshoot, enhance, and evolve applications that underpin the organisation’s operations.
What you’ll do
- Provide third-line support for a range of internal digital applications.
- Troubleshoot user and performance issues, resolving incidents efficiently and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Manage incident tickets, assess impact, coordinate responses, and maintain clear updates across teams.
- Support data/report requests and recurring application maintenance tasks.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues proactively, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and vendors to deploy patches, updates, and new features.
- Maintain clear documentation and assist with user training and onboarding.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, and rollout of new systems or enhancements.
What you’ll bring
- Experience as an Applications Support Analyst who has provided at least Level 2 support across a range of applications, including CRMs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of SQL, databases, and scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or Confluence
- Excellent communication skills – comfortable liaising with both technical and business stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
It would be ideal if you also had.
- Exposure to Azure.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools.
- Cloud or service management certifications.
