About the Role :
As the first point of contact for support queries, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth user experience across an enterprise platform.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and support requests
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate technical issues where required
  • Perform fault finding and support activities (no development required)
  • Use your knowledge of SQL, C#, and ASP.Net to assist with issue resolution
