The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a skilled and solution-oriented Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic Information Technology team. In this role, you will support a broad user base including educators, students, and administrative staff by resolving technical issues related to the organisation’s critical software platforms and data systems.

You will serve as a key escalation point for the helpdesk team and provide end-to-end application support across our enterprise systems. A strong grasp of data reporting and manipulation using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Azure SQL is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and effective support to users through in-person, remote, and ticket-based channels
  • Provide application support for a range of systems including education management, reporting, and cloud platforms
  • Extract, analyse, and present data for internal reporting and decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors during escalation and resolution of technical issues
  • Monitor system alerts and application performance metrics
  • Identify and report on recurring support trends to improve user experience
  • Demonstrate and uphold the values of Leading Education Group in all interactions

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in application support roles within education or related sectors
  • Familiarity with both Windows and Mac environments
  • Strong capability with IT service management tools and database/reporting tools such as MSSQL, MySQL, Power BI, Azure Entra, and Microsoft 365
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, resolve and document technical issues
  • Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
