API Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced API Engineer to support performance-critical systems that connect mobile applications to a major enterprise data warehouse. This is a hands-on backend role focused on designing and optimising APIs at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs from the data warehouse/source system end

  • Optimise API performance to support fast and reliable mobile interactions

  • Work closely with data and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure integrations

Tech Environment:

  • Java

  • Spring Boot

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining high-performance APIs

  • Strong skills in Java and Spring Boot

  • Background working with large-scale data systems or enterprise integrations
