In this role, you will be the bridge between business needs and technological innovation. Your role will be to identify, evaluate, and deliver practical AI-driven improvements, specifically targeting sourcing, candidate matching, and contractor nurture.

This is a high-velocity role with a “buy-not-build” philosophy. You will focus on delivering measurable value within a six-month horizon while simultaneously architecting the long-term AI strategy. • Autonomy: Lead the “trial and pilot” phase of new tech, influencing significant investment in the company’s digital future.
  • Impact: Move beyond theory, this role is about implementing tools that change how the business operates within months, not years.
  • Modern Environment: Join a team that is actively leaning into the AI rather than resisting it.
