Our client is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive the safe, effective, and accountable adoption of Artificial Intelligence across a large and complex organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in embedding AI technologies, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Purview, and emerging AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead the implementation of AI governance frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure compliance with privacy, security, and information management requirements.
  • Drive organisational readiness and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and implement AI use cases that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver training, guidance, and awareness programs to build AI capability and promote responsible AI use across the organisation.
  • Monitor AI adoption, usage, risks, and compliance activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

You will have:

  • Strong expertise across Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Demonstrated experience in AI enablement, digital transformation, information governance, or technology governance environments.
  • Solid understanding of information management, privacy, cyber security, records management, and risk frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop governance artefacts, training programs, and practical guidance that supports successful technology adoption.
