Are you passionate about using AI to solve real business challenges? We are looking for experienced AI Developers to help deliver next-generation AI capabilities, building intelligent solutions that improve productivity, automate business processes and support better decision-making across a large Federal Government environment.

Working with Microsoft Azure AI technologies, you’ll play a key role in designing, configuring and deploying secure, scalable AI agents while helping shape the organisation’s adoption of generative AI.

Your duties will include:

  • Design, configure and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Services.
  • Develop AI-powered applications and automation solutions that support business outcomes.
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
  • Build and refine prompts, workflows and reusable templates to improve AI performance and user experience.
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy and responsible AI principles.
  • Develop user guides, training material and support activities that drive successful adoption of AI technologies.
  • Monitor solution performance, contribute to continuous improvement and support transition into operational environments.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience developing AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Services.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot, AI agents and enterprise generative AI technologies.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with cloud-based enterprise platforms and business systems.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and practical experience deploying generative AI within enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience delivering user training or workshops.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science (or similar) and Microsoft Azure certifications will be highly regarded.
