The Role
This is a high-impact Senior Change Manager opportunity embedded within a strategic AI program at a purpose-driven financial organisation. Working closely with executive sponsors and senior business leaders, you will lead the people side of change across a portfolio of AI-enabled initiatives.

The Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored change management strategies and plans across AI program initiatives, incorporating business impact analysis, readiness assessments, and risk mitigation.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end change communications – including all-staff updates, leadership briefing packs, FAQs, intranet content, and digital/visual change artefacts – to support understanding and adoption.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, senior program leads, and a broad stakeholder community, navigating resistance and tailoring engagement approaches accordingly.
  • Partner with project and PMO functions to embed change management activities into program schedules, governance reporting, and risk frameworks.
  • Coach and uplift program personnel, managers, and supervisors in change management methodology, building durable capability across the organisation.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 7-10+ years’ experience leading change management streams across large, complex programs – including technology-led transformation and behavioural or cultural change.
  • Formal qualifications in business, HR, change management, or organisational psychology, with Prosci, PCI, or equivalent certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver program communications for diverse audiences – written materials, leadership messaging packs, and digital or visual change artefacts.
  • Strong advisory background with experience providing strategic change counsel at executive and senior leadership level in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in government, finance, or investment sectors preferred; agile mindset with the ability to remain effective and decisive amid ambiguity and evolving priorities.
