Agile Ways of Working, Change, Adoption & Communications Lead
Sydney, NSW | Contract (12+ months) | NV1 Clearance Required (Baseline considered)

A leading consulting client is seeking an experienced Agile, Operations, Change & Adoption professional to support a large-scale transformation program. This role is focused on executing established strategies, driving adoption, and uplifting capability across teams.

Please note; candidates must clearly demonstrate an active AGSVA clearance (NV1 or Baseline) on their resume and application to be considered.

The role

  • Deliver change, adoption, and communication activities aligned to Agile ways of working
  • Assess current capabilities and execute training and enablement programs
  • Implement and embed coaching models to uplift team capability
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, including mapping and impact assessments
  • Drive communication plans and track adoption progress across the program
  • Translate complex information into clear, engaging executive-level summaries
  • Support and mentor less experienced team members, improving overall team output
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, influencing and navigating resistance to change
  • Operate within evolving governance frameworks, ensuring appropriate approvals and alignment
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, sometimes reactive environment

About you

  • Strong experience delivering change and communications within large programs
  • Ability to engage and influence senior leadership
  • Confident producing high-quality artefacts and executive-ready materials
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and navigating complex environments
  • Practical, delivery-focused mindset; able to move from strategy to execution
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to “read the room” and adjust approach
  • Experience supporting and uplifting team capability
  • Consulting background highly regarded
  • Agile experience beneficial, but not essential
  • Clear, structured communication style with a growth mindset
