What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver IT projects of varying size and complexity using iterative, Agile ways of working
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, showcases, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned and outcomes on track
  • Maintain a clear, prioritised backlog with well-defined, testable user stories ready for upcoming sprints
  • Coordinate sprint execution, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and oversee release planning
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to confirm scope, validate progress, and manage expectations
  • Define and control project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support UAT, training, and change management activities to ensure smooth transition into operations
  • Provide clear, insightful reporting on delivery progress, risks, costs, and outcomes to Sponsors, PMO, and governance forums
  • Assist with vendor engagement, contract tracking, and procurement activities as required
  • Champion continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and Agile principles in a practical, value-focused way
  • Drive clarity and confident decision-making through strong facilitation and communication

Skills & Experience

  • 5-7 years’ experience in project management, with hands-on delivery in Agile or hybrid environments
  • A pragmatic Agile mindset, with the ability to adapt Agile principles to suit organisational context and delivery maturity
  • Strong analytical and lateral thinking skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, facilitate, and manage competing priorities
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity, resolving conflict, and maintaining delivery momentum
  • A service-oriented, delivery-focused approach aligned to customer and business value
