Join a State Government Department supporting critical services across Queensland. As part of the Public Safety Network Management Centre team, you will play a key role in leading ICT network projects that directly support emergency services and government operations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage ICT projects, including preparing financial plans, monitoring revenue and costs, and ensuring delivery within budget.

  • Lead project teams to achieve successful integration and timely delivery of activities.

  • Foster a collaborative culture by sharing knowledge, supporting common practices, and encouraging learning to mentor and coach staff in project management techniques.

  • Apply auditing principles to projects as directed.

  • Identify, analyse, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Develop and communicate project schedules and implementation plans with key stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal business areas.

  • Experience managing projects, budgets, and operational planning processes, while ensuring excellent customer service.
